A couple in Florida was arrested on Monday after their toddler was discovered alone, wearing only a dirty diaper along a busy highway, according to police.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook the incident happened around 10:30 a.m. in Oak Hill, located north of Titusville.
A woman reported she was traveling south on U.S. 1 when she noticed a toddler trying to cross the road in front of her. She said she stopped her vehicle to prevent any other cars from hitting him.
"When I first saw him, he was looking confused," the woman, Erica Strozier, told FOX35 "The baby was just lost, diapers soiled all the way to the ground. Body covered in nothing but mosquito bites."

From the article.. “According to police, a deputy went to a nearby trailer park and discovered the child’s parents passed out “each apparently under the influence of drugs, frothing at the mouth and initially not responding to the sound of his voice.”
With any luck, the parents will lose custody of that child, and someone can adopt him into a loving and stable home.
The police found the parents passed out from drugs in a trailer.
Horrible.
They did arrest them.
Apparently problems happened before.

The kid is probably their ticket to state and fed money.

These two need to be prosecuted to the fullest and the child placed
in a home that will care and attend to him.
You have to have a license or permit to do anything except for popping out a dozen babies you have no intention of raising properly.
How about that woman a couple days ago who decided it was a brilliant idea to play chicken with her 3 year old and drove over him?
Some people make such a good case for forced sterilization.
That’s one of the nice things about having boys. Bring em home and leave them under a shrubbery, throw some pork chops in there once in awhile and 18 years later theyre just fine.
Girls. You gotta wash em, buy them dresses, and feed them cake. So much work.
The mother blamed the landlord for not fixing a broken lock on the door...
