It’s a language spoken in Western India. Gujaratis also form a significant part of the populations in the neighboring metropolis of Mumbai (AKA Bombay ).
Prominent people who spoke the language were, Gandhi, founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi and India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.
