President Donald Trump revealed his design this week for a new Air Force One, showing off a set of drawings in the Oval Office that replace the Kennedy-era light blue paint job with a more masculine red, white and black.
The current livery is dominated by blue, the color of the Democratic Party. Trumps re-do has splashes of Republican red.
The result resembles the color scheme of Trumps personal Boeing 757, which 2016 campaign crowds called Trump Force One.
We had different choices, here, Trump told ABC News, saying that he had come up with the design concepts himself. Artists renderings show variations in the color of the engines and the depth of the underbellys dark tones.

No reason to get personally insulting.
Raymond Loewy’s country of origin was France, which has blue, white, and red vertical bars.
That’s very nice.

The US stops being a pastel fairy and moves into a bold themed power house.

I don’t know about Flying Tiger, but I do know that the CIA was heavily invested in Air America.
“...flat-black stealth paint that might protect the plane from surface to air missiles.”
I wouldn’t think that radar absorbent coatings would be very effective as there are 4 gigantic radar reflectors, the engines, hanging off the wings.
Good Grief, the F’n Democrats are going to block his choice of colors for AF1? Sure glad all the other things in the nation are fixed.
The Dems just HAVE to lose big in 2020.
The baby blue of the Kennedy era was a sick color. It was weak and not the blue of our flag.
Going by member states of the United Nations, and counting only those flags which have all three colors -- red, white, and blue -- and no other color at all, we find twenty: Australia Chile Cuba Czech Republic Democratic People's Republic of Korea (a/k/a North Korea) France Iceland Lao People's Democratic Republic (aka Laos) Luxembourg Nepal Netherlands New Zealand Norway Panama Russian Federation Samoa Slovakia Thailand United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Island United States of America If we count Taiwan, which is not a UN member, that would bring the total to twenty one.
Those Larks were some dumpy looking cars!
LOL! Guess it sort of depends on the meaning of “surprised” huh?
