I remember job sites where OSHA required roped off edges, with someone monitoring them. The boss hired the crews’ girlfriends to stand around in shorts, getting a tan. Everybody wins.
Knew a guy that was a contractor in Cali, way back. Advertised for females. Get a tan and make much better money than babysitting. He was in high demand for the eye candy he brought to the job.
