Even homemaking isn’t learning cooking and sewing these days. It’s team building, sigh. Young adults can’t sew a button on and think cooking is going through the drive thru or tossing something in the microwave. It’s no wonder you can order “Adulting” stickers online stating “I got to work on time”, “I paid the bills” and “I ate a salad”. Sad.

That’s old fashioned - now every girl needs socialism to be secure and protected in her career and declining years. Men? Who dat? Earn her own living? Too difficult, easier to just vote for it.

Amen to that! I’m trying to instill in my daughter the fact she needs to be able to take care of herself and any children she has just in case she finds herself in the situation where she has to. Women also need to be able to do somethings around the house other than cooking and cleaning. Even though my daughter is only 10 she knows how to apply and sand drywall, paint, how to use a hammer, and a screwdriver.
