FULL TITLE: Shocking video shows Indya Moore fighting a Trump supporter and trying to steal his sign outside Trump Tower after a group of Trump fans told the trans actor they WERE fans of his show
Indya Moore was filmed stomping on a Trump supporter’s sign before trying to run off with it just across the street from Trump Tower in New York City on Friday, sparking a scuffle.
Moore, who stars on the FX show Pose, was filmed stepping on a sign that read: ‘Re-elect Donald Trump, Keep America Great, 2020.’
In the video of the incident, Moore is heard saying that he ‘didn’t want [Trump supporters as] fans of his show.’
The owner of the sign, Dion Cini, was with a small group of Trump supporters who recognized Moore and spoke to him about the FX series.
Cini says he tried to prevent Moore from taking the sign away.
The Trump supporter tried to grab the sign out of Moore’s hands, but he wouldn’t let go, video of the incident showed.
Cini, an entrepreneur living in Manhattan, told DailyMail.com that he allowed Moore to step on his sign because it was ‘indestructible.’
‘The actor came over, started kicking a sign, and threw it to the ground,’ Cini, 50, told DailyMail.com.
‘I let him continue to stomp on it. You can’t really hurt it, I’ve had other people kick it before.
