An engaged couple in Missouri say they’re shocked and saddened after a restaurant in St. Charles County refused to host their rehearsal dinner upon learning they were in a same-sex relationship.
Kendall Brown told KMOV she had reached out to Madison’s Café in O’Fallon about booking dinner ahead of her wedding to Mindy Rackley on June 15, but claims she was told the restaurant couldn’t “condone” the brides-to-be’s nuptials.
“It just saddens me. I could not believe that really happened to us,” Rackley told KMOV. “I could not believe that still really happens in this world today.”
According to Brown, a woman on the other end of the line was willing to make dinner reservations for the group, but changed her mind upon asking for the “groom’s name” and learning there wouldn’t be one.
“She said, 'Your spouse is a woman?’” Brown said. “I said yes. And she said, ‘I’m sorry we are going to defer you to someone else because we don’t condone that kind of relationship.”
Brown said the woman also told her she was in an “unhealthy relationship.” Rackley added that she was appalled by the woman's comments, which made her feel “less than human."(snip)
Missouri’s Human Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on sex and race, but not specifically sexual orientation, Yahoo notes. But Fox 2 contacted the city of O’Fallon for clarification, and officials said a municipal code may have been violated.(snip)
Brown added that she has no ill-will toward the restaurant, despite the disappointing turn of events.

Help who? If the act is not unlawful, there is no one on earth to help. I don’t believe God needs my help, and I think it has been displayed in thousands of places that homosexuality is against God’s law. But that court only convenes after death. And I am not qualified to be God.
Fight the battles you can win, and hope to keep a truce on those you can’t. Any other way will get you or somebody hurt. You want to help them? Pray for them. But pray for their salvation, not their destruction. That’s the difference you should have. Reread Romans 12:19: “ “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.”

What kind of argument is that? If homosexual relations are against God’s law and practitioners of such will face the final judgment and be punished accordingly, then even on humanitarian grounds then that behooves us to state what God says, and rather than expressly assisting in the committing of that which is clearly evil, to seek to turn others away from it and to the Lord Jesus.

The article is not in religion. Obviously one know it all needs to read I Corinthians 5 to the end. It clearly refers to associating with immoral people.
