1. It has crappy cities but they aren’t very big. Most of the state’s population lives in suburban towns with far more police officers than they need.
2. Yes, it’s a diverse state. But a lot of that diversity comes in the form of Asian immigrants. Culturally, crime is almost non-existent among these people. Your typical Indian immigrant would set himself on fire before he would ever commit a violent crime.
