OAKLAND, Calif. It may now all be up to Kevin Durant and the state of his calf strain to save the Warriors from doom.
Before Fridays Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Steve Kerr was asked about that night being potentially the final Warriors game at Oracle Arena.
The mindset is, lets make sure theres two more games here, the Golden State coach said.
The Warriors did not get that done, despite controlling the first half, and now the champs legs are wobbling.
The Raptors rolled in the final two periods as Kawhi Leonard lifted his squad onto his shoulders with a 17-point third quarter to finish with 36 points and 12 rebounds in a 105-92 victory.

Guess Kerr and Curry won’t be able to snub Trump.
Probably the greatest "stand and deliver" moment in sports history.
I was a huge Warrior fan back in my Bay Area days, but I can't develop any affinity for this team. The best that can be said of them is that they do play actual basketball more often than most of the league. The Warriors stars are unlikable and mouth politically correct platitudes on command.
But I now live in Phoenix, where the NBA isn't much more than a rumor. :)
Wouldn't the Raptors visit 24 Sussex Drive in Ottawa?
"after years of neglect, the 34-room riverfront mansion is in such bad repair that Trudeau and his family have to live elsewhere."
"The wife of a former Canadian prime minister placed buckets in the living room to catch rain leaking through the roof."
Neutral site?
Crappola.
Then there would be no reason to try during the regular season.
Ya try to have the best regular season to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Those black players should be thankful for those that went to fight on DDay. They wouldn’t have fared very well under Hitler. Hitler did view them as an inferior race. None of their current day BS would be possible if not for those that went to fight for our freedoms.
Yes probably right. He and his wife recently were no shows for the visit by the President because the wife is staunchly anti Trump. On the other hand she has a connection to the city since she lived here when filming her former show Suits. Right now any sports team with a heavy black presence are boycotting visits to the White House so there is that as well. My speculation is that it would be very cool and different if they got to visit Buckingham Palace or Windsor Castle or wherever the Queen happened to be this summer.
I was at the Carter game. In spectator sports it doesnt get any better than that. After that moment I remember walking down to field level (I was in the cheap seats $30 for the upper deck ones back then) and seeing a Phillies clad fan I said well you dont see that every day.
Where is Mike Holmes when Trudeau needs him?
13 Stanley cups....2 world series
You’re post made me do a search and the usual video is on there if one ever wants to relive that moment but I also found this article which is a wonderful read and reveals so much more of each players thinking of the situation and everything that lead up to it. Carter’s thoughts especially but also the cast of players. It’s worth reading because it offers wonderful human insights. Molitor talking to his daughter after and many other great moments. Thanks for leading me to this and yes I was one of the Joe’s 350,000 who were there. :)
