I was guessing they’d quietly let him go back to Somalia.

I’m really torn on this case. When a community entrusts a person to carry a badge and a gun, it seems to me that unfortunate stuff like this happens. Obviously, this guy should have never been a cop. As far as I can see, the officer did not go out intending to kill anybody that night. This is a tough case for a judge. He seems more negligent than criminal.

There is going to be a support rally (for Noor) tonight in front of the Minneapolis Government Center.

This guy has been following the case since day 1. He’s pretty good.

“He seems more negligent than criminal.“

Negligence which results in the death of person is by definition criminal. It’s called “negligent homicide”. Look it up.

"I was guessing they’d quietly let him go back to Somalia."

I'd be okay with that if his return flight included his debarkation at 35,000 feet with no parachute.

THE BRAZEN COP COVER-UP-—A PLOT TO ALLOW A SOMALI COP TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER

Bodycam footage (the PTB were loathed to release) shows the Somali killer, Noor, being protected by a colleague,
cautioning the killer to keep quiet. The officer’s compassion is directed at the Somali killer Noor:

‘You alright kiddo?’ the cop says.
‘Yeah,’ Noor replies.

THE L/E COVER-UP BEGINS: The officer then directs killer Noor
to ‘just keep to yourself, keep your mouth shut til you have to say anything to anybody’.

REALITY CHECK The murdered girl’s fiancé Don Damond criticized the Minneapolis Police Dept.

The cops flaunt the feel-good message. “To protect with courage and to serve with compassion.”
DON DAMOND: “Where were these values that night? She called them because she needed them to protect her with
courage and serve with compassion, but that night there was a tragic lapse of care and complete disregard for the
sanctity of human life.”

Plainly, as the tapes show, L/E concern was for the killer.

It is damning that the Minneapolis Police Dept has an agenda and it is not to protect innocent people.

Janine’s grief-stricken father was turned away initially. The Minneapolis Police Dept L/E cabal gave him no help.
He was forced to pursue the case when it became clear the Somali cop was being shielded from prosecution by the cop cabal.

The grief-stricken father commented: ”We believe Noor’s guilty verdict was reached despite the active resistance of
a number of Minneapolis police officers - including the head of their union - and (despite) either the active
resistance or gross incompetence of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension,” he said. “Particularly at the
beginning of this investigation.”

Posted on 6/6/2019, 1:52:07 PM by ButThreeLeftsDo Two days before Mohamed Noor is to be sentenced, attorneys for the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in the fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond have asked a judge to consider an unusual sentence that would only have Noor locked up for two weeks a year. In their memorandum in support of a "mitigated sentencing departure," attorneys Thomas Plunkett and Peter Wold asked the court to consider Noor's lack of a criminal history, remorse and community support. In the first of two proposed sentences, the attorneys asked for no prison time, instead requiring Noor to turn himself in to the Hennepin County workhouse for one week on the anniversary of Damond's death in July, and one more week on her birthday in April. "This sentence honors the memory of Ms. Ruszczyk and allows Mr. Noor to continue to serve the city," the attorneys wrote. Steve Schleicher is a former state and federal prosecutor and not involved in this case. Schleicher, now with Maslon LLP, said this is "probably the most difficult decision for a judge, on balance the court knows this is a serious offense and understands the magnitude of the offense." The memo also included 44 letters in support of Noor, written by family members, police officers, members of the public and even State Rep. Hodan Hassan. "He displays compassion and commitment to the betterment of our community," Hassan wrote. "His love for his family plays an important role guiding his life. Not to mention his commitment to public safety and the well-being of all communities." A letter from Noor's ex-wife Salma Hussein described his love and dedication to their son. "I know Mohamed better than many, and I know that the pain he has been feeling over the last two years is unimaginable," Hussein wrote. Another letter submitted to the court came from a woman who said Noor responded to her 911 call after a car accident, a police officer with Metro Transit and Noor's commanding officer Lt. Dan May - who responded to the scene when Damond was shot in July 2017. "He immediately tried to save her," May wrote. "This is what truly defines Mohamed Noor, not the unfortunate circumstances that happened in seconds on July 15th, 2017." "Unfortunately, he will forever be defined by that incident." Schleicher said when considering punishment, "each case turns on its own unique facts and it's the job of the judge to take a look at all of the circumstances of the offense itself and the personal characteristics of the defendant."

The only remorse & pain he is feeling is that the USA doesn’t recognize his role in what is a thinly disguised Honor Killing.

He got caught & prosecuted.

THAT & ONLY THAT is his pain.

He deserves to spend the rest of his life in solitary.

The Somalis located in intentionally and took over a single district in MN. It does not account for the rest of the state’s behavior.

MN has a sorry record in the 20th and 21st centuries>

“Minnesota, cobbled together from land that was part of the original United States, land acquired in the Louisiana Purchase and land acquired from Great Britain in 1818, joined the Union in May 1858. Minnesota voted exclusively Republican from 1860 through the onset of the Great Depression, except for 1912 when it sided with Progressive candidate (and former Republican) Theodore Roosevelt. From 1932 onward, the state has primarily voted Democratic, last voting Republican during Nixon’s landslide victory in 1972. In 1984, Minnesotans gave homegrown Senator Mondale his only state in the lopsided loss to Ronald Reagan. While the Democratic winning streak grew to 11 straight elections in 2016, Hillary Clinton only beat Donald Trump by 1.5%. One elector that year attempted to vote for John Kasich. That was disallowed and the elector was replaced.

Minnesota has had 10 electoral votes since 1964. However, population projections as of the end of 2016 put it on track to lose one of those electoral votes after the 2020 presidential election.”
