McDonalds new Worldwide Favorites menu a roundup of the chains alleged top hits abroad proves that the worlds worse off than we knew.
Each of five items, launched this week and inspired by different countries, is awful in its own way. But hideous qualities they all share make it convenient to flush the whole lot down the toilet at once ghastly flavors, sickly mouth feel and industrial-tasting sauces.
If, as McDonalds boasts, Around the world is now around the corner, no one should leave their house.

I excerpted the article above. I did not mean to suggest that was in the article.
That is the famous slogan in the 80s i quoted.
Fried Locust McInsectnuggets.
McFishead and miso on a whole wheat bun.
Surströmming Poutine.
Cerebro de cerdo pozole (pig brains pozole).
Mystery meatloaf, Arctic (liver) style.
I simply REFUSE to discuss my ‘private life’. So, for everyone around me [other than family], my position on McDonald’s [and Walmart] is that they simply suck.
...and think about it, how does McDonald’s and Walmart do so well when virtually everyone publicly hates them?
Here’s me doing a limerick off a news item....
Beaver Bites Man To Death
There once was a man from Brest,
who stopped at a buddy’s behest
to bother a beaver
with teeth like a cleaver;
the rodent performed its dammedest.
Wait...lemme guess...SOROS!
...probably so.
Hahahah...that’s not bad!
;)
What, no Royale with Cheese?
” When did America become infested with so many snobs and blowhards determined to look down on their fellow Americans?”
I think it began in the 1960’s with the advent of the “smartest generation” and it’s only gotten worse as they procreated; it’s pretty awful now and getting worse graduation by graduation.
I can travel to Portland Or, Ukiah Ca or Kingman Az and get a Big Mac and generally be assured of having a cheap decent meal. If I lived at any of those places I’m sure I could find a better burger but if you’re traveling McDonalds is a safe bet. To pull into some random diner is a coin flip.
Black coffee from McDonald’s. Nothing else.
I would have cringed if I heard you. That is ghastly behavior to the counterperson, snob.
A McFlurry is a vanilla, soft-serve frozen dairy treat (not sure it would qualify as “ice cream”) mixed with either crushed oreos, M&Ms, candy sprinkles, etc. I’ve had Stroopwafel cookies and like them. From the description in the article, though, it doesn’t sound very good.
I’m the same. Rarely have fast food from anywhere. Once every few months I might stop at Chick-fil-a when I’m with my mom. I love their frosted lemon shake. Very refreshing in the summer.
“I just get what amounts to an egg and cheese biscuit.”
Ya know, that’s one of my favorites and one of the very few items I get anywhere for “fast food”. Since they switched to real butter, their Egg McMuffin is actually quite healthy on occasion...compared to other FF garbage.
But I avoid most all non-organic grains. A rare treat when I don’t make them en masse at home and freeze them (mine are better).

Ordered a Big Mac meal today along with a Fish Filet. Over $13 for that. Two freaking sandwiches, fries and a small(Large) drink.
Ridiculous. Will not happen again.
