Unless there is a Board Policy forbidding what she said, she should get a lawyer and sue the crap out of them.
Even though she is a Teacher she still retains her First Amendment Rights, sounds like the Board violated her RIGHTS because they don’t like what she said.
Unless the Board of Ed can prove she teaches her ILLEGAL ALIEN students in a different manner than her native born students they are on very thin ice.
Sounds like a case of Unlawful Termination to me.
