Every year, when I meet with my physician, he tells me I’m in fairly good health, but I could change some things that would lengthen my life.

I like chicken, but not the skin.

I have just recently started making stuff with the skin if I need something skinless and the chicken I have has skin.
Treat it like bacon, season a vegetable.
I would not eat from KFC, though.
