Homeland Security reached a five-year high in approvals of citizenship applications last year, and swore in more people as naturalized citizens as well, according to the new statistical report released Friday night.
Those numbers contradict the criticisms of congressional Democrats who had complained about backlogs building at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Homeland Security branch that handles legal immigration.
The new report also suggests that far from a crackdown, the government is processing more asylum-seeker petitions than any of the last four years. That included a 61 percent increase from 2017 to 2018 in affirmative asylum applications — though refugee interviews are down from more than 1250,000 in 2016, the last year under President Barack Obama, to just 26,400 in fiscal year 2018 under President Trump.

Yet the backlog in citizenship applications, for example, exploded during the end of the Obama administration.
The new numbers from USCIS also detail some of the more hidden parts of the agency’s work, such as its efforts to weed out fraud in legal immigration applications.
Experts say fraud is rampant, but the agency has not released any major fraud assessments in years.
So what are some of the details?

The cartels are in fact running American immigration policy with U.S. government support. The cartel hands off the invaders at the border to the U. S. government and the government meekly spreads the invaders across the land.

The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship and pass civics test.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to self-deport.
Also consider reciprocation of the laws of the countries of origin of the illegal aliens. For example, Mexico doesn’t allow land ownership or voting to immigrants, and doesn’t honor birthright citizenship like its citizens expect from the U.S. We should offer the same deal to them.
No more. No more immigration from anywhere. Of any kind.
Not until the foreigners who are here now fully assimilate. Even if it takes 200 years.
This nation took a forty year break from admitting new immigrants from 1924 to 1965. That four decade moratorium allowed all the new immigrant populations to fully assimilate into our culture.
It was a raving success, and needs to be repeated, if we're to have any hope of preserving America.
