A man mauled by another passengers emotional support dog on a Delta Air Lines flight has sued the airline and the other passenger for negligence.
The lawsuit filed in Fulton County state court alleges Marlin Jackson was in a window seat when a dog sitting in the lap of the passenger next to him suddenly attacked his face and pinned him against the window of the plane.

Thank the entitled celebrities for starting this BS. This girl would be a national hero if she could cause it to stop.
LMAO.
Delta is in a bind. The federal Government REQUIRES them to accommodate these dogs.
Its BS, thats what.
Some may help, but its rife for fraud and fakery.
Im sick of this emo dog stuff. A dog must perform a physical task, if you ask me. And thus also be certified to have done so.
Remember this one?

One last question- how much honey do they eat?
It really doesn’t matter how much honey you give them...a little, or a lot....they don’t give a $#!t.
I agree. At home I understand, but out everywhere is ridiculous.
As long as you keep your hand below the path of the slide.
I don’t think I want to be on a plane with a person that, the only thing between them and some emotional breakdown is a dog.
I want to take my cute wittle Pebbles to work. I need her there for comfort. I’m emotionally disabled without her. Americans with Disabilities Act and all. And she is emotionally traumatized w/out me.
And no, she wouldn’t eat anyone’s face off. She’s too darn sweet. But the many foreigners I work with might not like it.
The passenger might eat your face off. Happened to that poor boy on a coach up in Canada a few years back. I’m still horrified by that story.
The half-staff thing is absolutely driving me mad.
THIS is a minor issue that we should be beating on constantly. I wish Trump would stop catering to this cowed depressed approach. He is not winning me with this constant dipping of the flag. It is a sign of weakness.
The article said the dog was on the owner’s lap.
That’s no lap dog!!
Yep...sure looks part pit.
But don’t you DARE bring on any peanuts or peanut butter!
I want an emotional support Glock.
Great question(s), from your link.
Here’s one...
4. The police need to look into Ronald Mundy Jr. and find out who gave him a letter or whatever claiming he needs this dog for his emotions. Did he order a letter online? Is he simply claiming its a therapy dog and hoping no one questions him? If he really did get a doctor to write him a letter, who is this doctor? Is it a dentist? Is it a therapist? What medical exams, mental health evaluations did this dog do in order to determine that Ronald Mundy Jr. absolutely needed to take this dog everywhere?
Lol.
After reviewing this article I have a few comments.
A). The victim, while I certainlysympathize, may be excessive and looking for a free ride claiming unable to work. That I find highly doubtful with what little we know. Physical and emotional pain? Sure. Likely confined to the head, complete with neuro symptoms, but doesnt sound like hes crippled from working.
B). Havent seen too much jumping to defense of the dog owner since hes a Marine vet, as usually happens. You have to admit, even for vets, its kind of hard to justify esoteric support animals for something that may or may not exist, Nd animals that cannot be proven to really do anything.
