Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova, a longtime critic of President Obama’s operation to dislodge and depose POTUS Donald Trump, said in an explosive Memorial Day interview that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court is aware of FBI malfeasance and fraud dating back well before “Spygate.”
Noting that FBI Director Christopher Wray and CIA Director Gina Haspel have pushed back against Attorney General William Barr’s efforts to get answers into the origins of the Spygate operation — pushback that led POTUS Trump to grant Barr full authority to declassify all documents related to the attempted coup he saw fit to declassify — diGenova noted that deep state figures have even bigger problems they are “scared to death” will soon be exposed.

And yes, I know he deserves it - but the fact that "Obama" could be elected, twice, means that the system has already failed and is beyond repair.

When I hear it from AG Barr as Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, and Holder are being loaded into Paddy wagons, then I will be happy.
The illegal use of 702(16)(17) NSA data to spy on political opponents was the underlying crime which has been going on for years. Spygate, the dirty dossier and crossfire hurricane was the coverup, and poorly handled at that.
With all the dirty actors involved I expect that conspiracy laws will ultimately be used and they tend to sweep-up a lot of folks.

Everyone wants to see blood in the streets and immediate remedies but PDJT finally has the Mueller monkey off his back and with a new AG in Bill Barr who is a straight shooter, things will be developing in a legal manner that will stick. Federal prosecutions never move quickly but with a 99% conviction rate, it will be certain.
Witness Barr's testimony before congress and you will see that he doesn't give a hoot about appearances.

The Snowden case may be cast in a different light. Perhaps he did break the law ... exposing government people who were breaking the law. Also, maybe there will be a re-visit of BHO spying on U.s. Senators, the news media, Angela Merkel, and unmasking of US citizens. There is a pattern here.

It all needs to be rooted out. Citizens have a right to know. I can see how difficult it is to access that knowledge as a matter of right shows you how those running the federal government (all 3 branches) don’t believe they ar ebeholden to the citizens.
Though to this point in time, there is nothing to suggest that W administration was spying on the demokraps, political enemies, etc and using a willing media and courts to plant lies about his opposition. Heck, W had harsher words for certain GOP, including Trump, than he had for any demokrap.

Jim, you are right. And I extend this further to Hillary Clinton, who needed the nomination as an insurance policy against indictment. To criminally charge a major party candidate with crimes by the POTUS who defeated her ...would forever this country in ways not yet contemplated.
But the country has already been changed in ways not fully realized ... as the demokraps showed by not publicly rejecting HRC and speaking out against her with all her character deficient, unethical and criminal baggage. It is extremely troubling that the demokraps instead tried to use the federal government to bring down Trump .... so what to do? Everyone responsible below HRC and BHO need to pay the price as a warning to future generations about the rule of law ... HRC and BHO’s true legacies will be exposed and remain in the ash heap. That might be punishment enough.
Extortion may be why so many GOP Congressmen decided to retire. Was likely the reason CJ John Roberts upheld Obamacare.
I don’t think the cabal expected anything from Obama other than to be an attractive public figure and not get in their way. They knew that he was not intelligent, was basically a looser, and would have gone nowhere on his own. He served as their figurehead. That’s all they wanted from him.
Then intruded into their domain an honest man, of towering intelligence and puissance: Donald Trump.
They were completely discombobulated!
They still cannot believed that he won fairly in a campaign so carefully rigged against him!
Unfortunately for them--he's going to win everything else they've rigged! And this has them terrified out of their wits!
