One57 is one of several supertall luxury residential skyscrapers rising along Billionaires Row in Manhattan. The 87th-floor condo includes a 57-foot-long great room that faces Central Park.

Its not for sale.
I changed my mind.
Its my second home after the one here on Staten Island.
And boy did I have to put in overtime to afford it!!
Is it in an energy efficient ‘green’ building? If not, why buy it. It will just have to be replaced.
If you figure the buyer could have gotten 2.5% for his money in T-bills, that place costs about $167/hr to live in, $4K/day.
I wonder if it has servant’s quarters?
You must be that MTA employee.
I’ve lived in a high rise in NYC but only on the 16th floor. Frankly, 87 floors up is a little too high for comfort.
What’s the homeowner’s association fees on that?
It’s pretty spectacular. I’m about 58.4 million short though.
It probably has a servant’s condo.
LOL!!!
I was thinking about him while I was typing :)
I love Staten Island but this city is a joke.
Can’t believe the other boroughs did something right TWICE when they voted for Rudy.
I guess they missed crime and despair
You could not pay me to live in that sewer. Hell, I will not even visit it.
if it includes a rooftop helicopter pad, you may escape having to ever walk the **** streets of NYC! ask for a helicopter pad!!
I lived in a 5 floor walk up in Manhattan for a few years. Was just right!
A great apartment for an art collector...
Yeah, if you got rid of all the tacky furniture, sofa size wall paintings and hideous sculptures.
oh yeah, kitchen sux too.
Interestingly enough, the only times I didn’t run into bad traffic driving through NYC was when Rudy was running it. I figured the dems abuse the road construction contracts.
I don’t live in the area anymore but drive through occasionally to see family etc., so mine was not really a good test but I like to believe it.
Re: “that place costs about $167/hour to live in, $4K/day.”
You forgot to include a couple other expenses...
(1) Annual property tax - at least $500,000
(2) Monthly condo fee - at least $10,000
(3) Liability insurance - at least $100,000 annually
I can’t remember that far back :)
I was still in my 20s and still had high hopes and dreams :)
al sharpton was NOBODY during those years. And it KILLED him that Rudy couldn’t give a #### if he was alive or dead.
Rand Paul REALLY disappointed me when he met with that POS
Yeah, I remember sharpton back then. At the time I got a kick out of him because he looked like such a pimp and I couldn’t get over it that they’d have such a fool on TV in the news.
