I wonder why you weren't on yesterday Jessi. So glad its up today. You had quite some job reading and catching up didn't you!..lol Well, good morning. I finished filling my bird feeders..took a hammer to 2 stakes to give support to the staff that was leaning.

Are you doing anything exciting today? Knowing how busy you usually are you're probably already out doing it.

I posted last night then said good night. Sat at my library table(computer table) and practiced drawing Lantana floweres and leaves. They are my sisters favorite flower and she plants them every spring for the summer months. I've found they are a very complicated flower to draw. The blooms before they open are very different than most flowers..they are shaped like squares with the sides curving inward and the points more pronounced.

I've also looked through many pictures and it seems they comes in many colors. (purple/orange/yellow)(Orange/pink)(yellow/light purple)(cream/yellow)(Purple/cream/pink purple)..there are many combinations. Now I have to decided the composition of placement of flowers and leaves. I'd forgotten the time spent for learning.
