Before the Battle of Lepanto Queen Elizabeth had her pirates raid Spain’s supply ships in the Mediterranean. Philp asked the Queen for help as they both where against the Islamic horde. I do not know why Elizabeth helped the Caliphate during the war.

No problem. It's just that the graphics on this site make the articles come alive (a picture is worth a thousand words, etcc). And I'm not about to try and paste about 3 dozen pics in an article, so as to avoid excerpts and the wrath of the posting purists.
However if someone else would like to paste the pics in article, please have at it.
