27 years for stalking and killing a woman? That’s first degree murder. Then the lack of remorse, boasting and singing about it.
Assuming no parole, and no crimes in prison, and no dying in prison, this creature with no sense, no brakes, no apprehension of consequences, no respect for life at all, will be on the streets when he is 47.
