GRAMMER: Well I think fabric being disrupted is a good thing.
AMANPOUR: You do?
GRAMMER: Oh yeah. I dont think Washington didn't do us any favors for the last 50, 60 years, I think theyve all been sort of the same party, the same bunch of clowns, the same bunch of really unpleasant people.
AMANPOUR: It's politics.
GRAMMER: And I don't think they've been helping anybody but themselves.
I guess Kelsie suddenly got sick of making money off the old Frasier reruns
WOW, he’s part of the 1% Hollywood crowd that lives in reality.
Enjoy your retirement, Kelsey.

Sitcom star shares truth on the sitcom that is our political system in Washington.
Much respect for his bravery to tell it like it is.
Not telling conservatives anything they didn’t already know about Grammer.
Kelley has been a conservative for decades. Glad he has decided to become more vocal.
You might watch him in: An American Carol.
American values.
He’s on our side, has been for years.
He gets it.
Ping.
Reagans eight years were good ...except George Bush was His biggest mistake
I have always admired Frasier.
Shocking that he would be so open about his feelings.
I agree and respect him even more now.
That’s an interesting point. A sad commentary on our times though. It takes “courage” to point out reality? I think one of the reasons election night ‘16 took so many by surprise was the non-trivial number of people who weren’t ever going to tell anybody, especially strangers, how they were going to vote.
Who wants to get hit over the head with a bike lock by some “professor”, house burned down because of a candidates yard sign. The lefties have turned their goons loose for whatevah.
Leftists know better than anyone though, the mob can turn on a dime. What seems permanent isn’t. Things can change literally overnight, and often do. Grammer has enough money where he is immune. Normal people don’t have this luxury. The mere utterance of Unapproved Thought is enough to be banished to the Digital Gulag at best. It’s been described as a “psychic cage” we operate in. Very Orwellian.
Note that 60 years includes the philandering clown in office from 1961 - 1963.
Amanpour knew which side of the aisle he’s on so why was she interviewing him?
Kelsey is among the rarest of the rare in Hollyweird: an actor who engages his mind and not his feelings.
Bkmrk- Hollywood
So...he is saying he DOES think Washington did us favors for the last 50, 60 years? A double negative equals a positive. Or is he just unable to speak clearly?
Must be listening to Joe incoherent Biden.
Here is my theory on why we have got so partisan in our politics. When we had the USSR and the Cold War, we had the ultimate boogie man that both sides could agree on as the enemy as they cold blow us off the map.
Then in Dec 1991 the USSR fell and the Cold War was over and we lost our boogie man to rally around (at least partially). Then Clinton gets elected in 1992, thanks to Perot siphoning off votes and do or die partisanship was on its way as the parties used the other party as the boogie man
