Too soon...
And her ex-husband is still with us at the age of 86.
I barely recall watching the Mod Squad but i know I did.
Served a Damn Fine Cherry Pie also.
When I first saw her on Twin Peaks, she looked like she’d hardly aged from Mod Squad. At one point Linc made a cameo appearance on Twin Peaks.
I remember liking Mod Squad a lot, although it felt 60’s campy even back then.
RIP
Fun show back in the day. She was one of my teenage heart-throbs, RIP.
Goodbye Peggy. I loved watching your show The Mod Squad.
Peggy was attractive and elegant, before i knew what that meant.
Decades later (1987), the theme was brought back with a little reshaping. That show was called 21-Jump Street, Starring Johnny Depp. Even back then, Johnny got special treatment and top billing. Dom Deluise had a son who acted in this also Peter Deluise. The only girl was black; Holly Robinson Peete. She still acts sometimes. Was never a big star.

So sad, she was hot. Like Michelle Phillips, Marianne Faithfull, and Susan Dey. I am sad that any of these ladies got old.
She was on “Psych” about five years ago, and she looked great.
Very sad... people do not know the depths of spiritual batscrazy horrible things actresses like Lipton get into. I pray she found Christ before the end, and that her children find Him now.

RIP, Peggy Lipton.
A sequel to Twin Peaks: The Return gets more difficult. It was incredible how many participants died during the making. Her story kind of wrapped up, but she was still a big part of the town.
This is the first celebrity death that’s got me feeling old.
I remember watching her on TV in middle school and trying to copy her style.
Colon cancer, folks.
Make sure you get those colonoscopies. They can save a lot of lives.
All these years Ive only known who Rashidas father was.
Didnt know who Mom was until reading this thread.
Certainly would explain why Rashidas so NOT guilty...
SOLID!
I just watched her in that dog movie with Dennis Quaid.
Sad. Part of my childhood.
RIP. Glad to see her character of Norma and that of Everett McGill’s Big Ed Hurley got a happy ending in the latest “Twin Peaks” series. I think they’re the only ones who did.
At some point after Wikipedia started, I browsed through Jackson's filmography, couldn't find Mod Squad, and realized that someone else had played that role.
Almost as crazy, I recently saw Rogue One for the first time on cable. I thought “Jyn” was Rashida Jones - Peggy Lipton's daughter.
NO! - Jyn was Felicity Jones, an English actress!
Regardless of my confusion, when Mod Squad came out 1968, every guy in my high school crew was totally infatuated with Peggy Lipton.
Farewell to a beautiful lady - forever young in my eyes.
