A pretty girl
Naive and blonde
Sad
What a waste
Prayers for her family
Probably a good policy.
I had to take Rabies shots in 2017. You hardly feel them. If a child is distracted he or she wouldnt know anything had happened.
I guess working at a hospital doesn’t count as a job?
That is good to know. My memory was he had to take them in the stomach. He figured he would rather take his chances with rabies.
Reminded me of another story. He was in the army during WWII and developed hemorrhoids. The morning of his surgery he was eating a bunch of eggs and his Sergeant came by and said, Pvt xxxx, you know that what goes down has to come out.
“Nothing else better to do...like a job... than roam the world dicking off with pals?”
What, do you think that people who have jobs are not allowed to take vacations?
In the early 70’s a school friend’s dog bit me. I was to the hospital but not recall the treatment.
I have a passing interest and fear of rabies. It’s a very horrible disease as we all know. Poor people in the third world are plagued by it. In the video below, The Girl Who Survived Rabies, it highlights, at 35:40 minutes in, an American doctor in the Philippines who is trying to help people there with this horrible virus.
And very sad story about the poor young lady from Norway.

Owwwww!!!
Lol!!
I took Rabies shots in the arm. Less painful than a mosquito bite.
:-)
” He figured he would rather take his chances with rabies.”
FWIW-—Never risk rabies,never.
.
Going to the Philippines from Norway for vacation is like going to Newark from Naples, FL.
A street in the Philippines? Cute... Must be people in Norway are not too familiar with geography elsewhere. The Philippines consists of over 7000 islands so on which island was the street?
I can pretty much guarantee there were streets on whatever island she was on.
No kidding?
They are better now.
They used to be given in the stomach (deep not just under the skin like insulin) and were terribly painful. Fortunately that is no longer the case
