In the world of business, if you cheat on a contract, you have a very good chance of being held accountable by a court. In the world of politics, you can lie as long as you have one cooperative judge on your side. In addition, politicos in DC write the laws to protect themselves.

How far is the tower Verizon pings from? Several years ago I was so upset that no one could use their cells inside the college buildings where my son attended. I really thought that was a security problem. So I went to Verizon and threatened to switch over to another service provider. Fortunately I got threw to someone in a administrative position.

One only gets the standard programs on their cells. They don't tell you this. I took my sons cell and mine to the area I needed better service. BUT first I had to get all the programs off my cell. Then when I was at the college I called this administrator as she instructed. She worked on the cells as my son pitched and I was at the park. It didn't take long and she tweeted the cells to have stronger reception. SO you would be surprised what a company can do if you get the right person and they want to help. THIS was over 10 years ago. NO telling what they can do now.

That guy is wonderful. I can relate somewhat to his thinking, as people used to ask me why I love this country, considering that I’m Cherokee. Why shouldn’t I take advantage of the freedom and opportunities afforded to me now, instead of being angry and full of hate over something that happened to my ancestors that I can’t do anything about?

Thomas Alvin Edison Lake is located at the end of Kasier Pass Road, 3 hours by auto N-NE of Fresno, CA. First lake encountered is Shaver Lake, then Huntington Lake, and lastly Edison Lake. Florence Lake, is also up in the mountains near Edison Lake, in a S-SE direction, less than 5 miles as a crow flies.
