Ive always been in decent shape. Began fasting a year ago. Six days a week I fast for 20 hours and one day a week 44 hours. (Or does that calculate to five and one?)
Its good.
(Eat 30% less and live 30% longer.)

You can also be a teenage guy on the track team running 10 miles a day.
And fasting has to be done right, or your body goes into starvation mode and weight loss stops.
