Well, the meat is clean.
Wash the meat?...... NOOOO! There is such a thing, which should always be used with defrosted or fresh chicken to be cooked in any manner and if the chicken comes to room temperature in thawing-— the thing is called FOOD SAFE PEROXIDE.
Specifically created for food surfaces, such as cutting boards/ wood or plastic, and also for proper rinsing, along with proper rubber gloved (or antibacterial handwash thoroughly rinsed and touching nothing else, bare hands)- proper rinsing of and timed exposure to... peroxide.
It is called food safe, meaning it can be used on food and not be harmful with ingestion. Directions are very specific.
This is horrible. Depending on how much truly safe handling of the chicken in processing and packaging— might be OK, but more likely NOT OK!
