Carter told the audience that two other Democratic presidential candidates, Sens. Cory Booker of New Jersey and Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, had previously attended his classes.

Scores of people arrived before dawn for a chance to hear Carter, 94, speak. …

Can’t you just see these two exchanging moisturizing tips and accessorizing ideas with Queen Elizabeth II at a formal state dinner? Fabulous!

I was wondering if Jimmy Carter would break from the Democrat party or break for Christianity. Apparently, he’s been lying all these years about his Christianity.

Publicity stunt. I suppose they’re hoping to entice bleeding heart Christians and sort of negate their situation.

Religious Freedom — defined as “a free church in a free state” — the separation of church and state. …

In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience, the church in the USSR is separated from the state, and the school from the church. Freedom of religious worship and freedom of antireligious propaganda is recognized for all citizens.

— 1936 USSR constitution, article 124

Citizens of the USSR are guaranteed freedom of conscience, that is, the right to profess or not to profess any religion, and to conduct religious worship or atheistic propaganda. Incitement of hostility or hatred on religious grounds is prohibited. In the USSR, the church is separated from the state, and the school from the church.

— 1977 USSR constitution, article 52
Why does it sound like the Baptists who wrote such things as the above were preparing to live under a Soviet-style autocracy?

Those who CHOOSE TO live as homosexuals should never be allowed on the property of a CHRISTIAN church. Those who TOLERATE homosexuality should also be banned from CHRISTIAN church.

ALL CHRISTIANS must stand firm against the growing homosexuality movement. When we were young, this kind of behavior was almost unheard of. Now, it’s becoming more and more common!

We must make it clear that homosexuality is the WRONG CHOICE!

Whatever they want to do? Society either has standards or it does not. And this kind of behavior stems from child abuse primarily, so we should let that go on?

Although they wouldn’t like what they hear, it would do them more good to attend a Sunday School class or event put on by Franklin Graham.

Franklin previously posted this on Facebook:

Presidential candidate and South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg is right—God doesn’t have a political party. But God does have commandments, laws, and standards He gives us to live by. God is God. He doesn’t change. His Word is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Mayor Buttigieg says he is a gay Christian and he wants to unite people behind him. I’m sure there will be many people who will want to follow. But as a Christian I believe what the Bible says. God’s Word defines homosexuality as sin, something to be repentant of, not something to be flaunted, praised, or politicized. The Bible defines marriage as between a man and a woman—not two men, not two women. Mayor Buttigieg also said that to him, “the core of faith is regard for one another.” We are definitely to support and help each other—no question. But that does not come above believing and being obedient to what God says is truth. Without that foundation, we really can’t help anyone in a way that impacts their eternity. The core of the Christian faith is believing and following Jesus Christ, who God sent to be the Savior of the world—to save us from sin, to save us from hell, to save us from eternal damnation.

That’s probably the only church in southwest Georgia they could have attended and told everyone they are “married.” They are about as married as my two dogs are married.

The Almighty gives us All free choice. We can follow His standards or not.
He wants us to repent of sins. If a gay or lesbian person accepts Christ and believes God but cannot give up their same sex relations because it’s deeply ingrained in them will the Lord have mercy upon their salvation?
Scripture is both judgement and mercy. Teach Scriptures as they are and then let people decide and God be the ultimate judge.
