there are laws against driving while incarcerated and hitting other people and objects. This people should go to jail. maybe the governors are tired of using law enforcement to go after pot heads.

I believe it’s called a jail break...but I know what you meant to write. I was in California as marijuana was about to be legalized. Lots of public service ads saying that driving while high was the same as a DUI. Don’t know how it’s worked out for them.
I have heard that the illegal (non-taxed) trade is still alive and well there.
