Just a tiny squirt would make most anyone react like she did. Look closely. No, I looked carefully at a frame-by-frame blow-up of that section of the video. Its nothing in the officers hand, its the balloon bursting and the gas used to expand the her own balloon doing it to her. I suspect those balloons were filled with tear gas or pepper spray. Thats why she was repeatedly bopping the officers mask with it. It may also have been a volatile substance that would adhere to his mask. She got it in her eyes.
