Phase II of the Marvel comic book cinematic universe is going to involve a few less of our classic superheros in favor of a bold new array of diverse and inclusive characters. Yes, Marvel’s going a lot more ethnic, and a lot more gay because what’s cooler than finding out that your new favorite Avenger enjoys his skintight latex suit for far more than just crime-fighting purposes?

It goes deeper than that. Body positive = yes, I’m a slovenly pig who refuses to take care of myself and who eschews societal personal hygiene

It’s the same in your face, activist entitlement mentality we see in all the other militant Identity Politics it just they don’t ( usually) qualify as a racial minority, are so gross that that they can’t claim gay status because they can’t even attract a same sex partner and they can’t go tranny because they are so morbidly obese that nobody can differentiate their body parts as male or female and, they all dress in a tent

This is no slur against people who are simply over weight . You can be overweight person who takes care of themself and does not wallow in slovenlyness while demanding public affirmation of your dysfunction and preferential treatment from others based on your self afflicted unattractiveness

So far there has been virtually no emphasis on straight romantic subplots in Marvel’s films (outside the Sony Spider-Man and FOX X-Men franchises), yet now Disney wants to use them as a vehicle for promoting gay propaganda. Vile.

Most of those are buddy pictures or team pictures and they don't want to get the members of the team too entangled romantically, so they tease or insult each other.

Romances generally have to be curtailed when the fate of the universe hangs in the balance, but a romantic subplot may have had something to to with what Natalie Portman was doing in the Thor movies.

Given the way most of these stories work, will gay romance be more a part of the new movies than straight romance has been in the movies that have already been made?

The social justice propaganda has ruined movies for me. What could have been a great summer for movies will, no doubt, be about strong women, hapless men and other gender / sexuality issues.
