The courts have the power, backed up by police. Facing financial ruin and no-consequence betrayal in this divorce-crazy society, I can see why many men are wising up and checking out of the game. The deck is too stacked against them. It’s not what the Creator wanted for us, but that’s true about much of what America does now.

It was SWEDISH Women...but yes, it’s a mindset that I had since when I was in college at ESU. We had women who literally DESPISED MEN [called us every name in the book and literally hated us for having an appendage], and so no, I wouldn’t risk injury or jail time to protect any of them. If they’re so tough, they can FIGHT OFF the immigrant gang rapists on their own, especially if they were the ones who invited them to set camp in my country.
I think that I’ve battled this one before. She wants men to suck up to a feminist-run society, but demands no pushback. Sorry, but we do RESPOND, as one can see from many of the earlier posts. In my case, I’ve made clear to my boys to NEVER marry a girl raised in the United States or Western Europe...just too damn risky. Get one from the Old Country, there are literally BILLIONS of girls available and willing to be FANTASTIC WIVES...no need for them to bother with our spoiled brats.
My first marriage was Hell. If I didn't call her while at work, she'd be mad. 5 years in she did the best thing to me ever. She wanted out of the marriage, and I did it. Most of my assets were in my LLC, so she couldn't touch it. (Accountant and my lawyer told me to).

Bullsh*t I want men to suck up to feminists. I’ve been on record here that I do not like modern feminists or their 2nd or 3rd wave although admire the old suffrage movement as exemplified by men like John Stuart Mill. Look him up.
What I don’t like is vulgar and disgusting comments from bitter guys who’ve ended up in divorce courts and blame every single thing on their ex-wives. Or creeps who use these threads to talk dirty. And you did make a disgusting comment on SWEDISH men and women.

Thank you for that post. After working with abused women for a while, I have a difficult time reading these FR “all women are evil/crazy” threads. The men’s posts make me want to vomit.
Thank you, Madam! If more women would post on these endless threads, I think the guys would retreat to their safe rooms. Or, maybe, the mods would pay more attention.

No point. I was commenting on your post 96, “I don’t like these huge weddings with bachelor parties and bachelorette parties.” Your post jarred a few memories about destination weddings my NY relatives told me about.
I was not afraid of commitment. I wanted a committed relationship.
The church girls I knew wanted the Bad Boys, not a (”nice but boring”) Good Guy like me.
Since I was a devout Christian, and served on church staff, a woman who did not profess faith was not an option.
Some of those churched women are now on their second or third marriage.
One went from the frying pan to the fireplace to the incinerator.

Kinda dampens range time.
I call it getting Americanized. I have never seen a case, where it DID NOT happen. Foreign born women, generally make good wives, if they remain in their own country, but for the most part, it’s not a good idea to bring them to America. They change. I am sure there are exceptions to the rule, I just haven’t seen any personally.
Foreign born women are better left in their own country in this day and age.
