These activist groups need to mind their own business. However who is the Judge that authorized his release? Both of them in their 50's I'd guess this has been happening for awhile between them and not the first time in court for domestic violence.

See the problem is that the legal system has no more room for “petty criminals”. That’s why Dallas and other places are ignoring misdemeanors and crimes under $750.00.
Courts are backlogged and jails are full. So the best option is to turn loose petty scumbags like Scott. And hope for the best.
Trouble is - the best never happens. The worst only gets worse.

Mike Milton, site manager of the St. Louis Bail Project, said, “This is a heartbreaking tragedy for this family and their community, and our thoughts and prayers are with them.
Horseshit! If Mike and his cohorts did not want such animals to remain on the streets committing crimes against innocent citizens, they would not move heaven and earth to get them out of jail. They do not care if innocent people die because of their actions.
