Now I stream content on Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and Amazon Prime and there's plenty of content to keep me occupied. And it's all MY CHOICE to watch.
Haven't watched Game of Thrones yet but I just ordered the first book on that Amazon.com site. I will read Game of Thrones before watching it.

IIRC, Laura is a devout Catholic and survived breast cancer with a strong faith. Reading what is written without the context of seeing it is not a complete picture. Was she saying this is how the left feels about Mayor Pete, as opposed to her saying this herself? Is it possible there was a contrasting point? Did you have the volume up and hear what was actually said?
First and foremost, she's no conservative, not even libertarian but merely a pro-life but very accepting of homosexual lifestyle.
Not at all what I had hoped she'd be.
I hate to classify it this way, but she is a product of where she grew up, was educated and spent all her lifetime and hasn't ventured many miles away from home.

I won’t hold my breath waiting for anyone in the msm to have a similarly blasphemous mockery episode about Muhammad, or Allah, piss be upon him. I wish that I could get someone to take that bet, but even leftists aren’t that stupid, though they’re certainly that hypocritical.
I’ve read that a society knows who has the power, who it fears, by who it is allowed to criticize, and who is off-limits. In this society, Christianity, Christians, and Jesus can be mocked all day long, without fear- Islam, not so much. Anti-semitism is coming out of the closet, not even 100 years after the Holocaust. But Muslims-those who consider themselves so edgy for criticizing Christians, know enough to bite their tongues in regard to Islam. Because criticism of Muslims can get you beheaded, or blown up, or stoned to death, or burned alive. Just being anything but a Muslim, or the right kind of Muslim, can get you any of those results in some countries. Even in “free” America, you will at the least be ostracized and lose your job for criticizing Islam and Muslims, even in parody. You certainly could never exhibit an “artisitic” rendering such as “Piss Muhammad”.
And out “public servants” in government will let you know with the quickness that they’ll side with the Muslims, showing which way the political winds blow.
Muslims are very powerful in this country relative to their present (but growing) percentage of population. We can know this by the fact that they cannot in any way, even in contemporary comedy which considers itself so iconoclastic, be criticized in any way. So, Muslims are our overlords already.
Maybe she’s changed since I decided to stop watching her, but she used to talk over her guests and monopolize “interviews”. When she had a good guest on, it was very frustrating not being able to hear what the guest had to say.

I almost never watch news, but I landed on her show tonight when nothing was on. It was obvious that she was making fun of Booty-Judge as the fake messiah who isn’t. For all his hype, she showed him to be a typical rat who is styling himself after Obama.
I can’t stand how shrill she is when starting sentences, but I like her as a person. Very devout in her faith.
