ESPN pushes LeBron because ESPN - and ABC - are the NBA's primary broadcast networks. ESPN is just about all NBA all the time. As for Tiger... well, he brings in the casual viewers who normally don't give a damn about golf. Yeah, I do get tired of the Tiger Woods this, Tiger Woods that, as if there are no other players.
I totally agree with your post. It’s the reason I have issues with TW. I have no idea what he is like to close friends and family but I am disgusted the media acts like he is the only player on the course. Same with LeBron. That the Lakers didn’t make the playoffs this year makes me smile.
