I agree with those who say it looks like someone in Muslim garb. Others claimed they thought it looked like a yellow vest, or a fireman or a priest (wearing a turban???!!!). No way.

Latest is that is a parisienne fireman. They have black turn-outs and dull silver helmets.

Click the link and see 5 seconds of someone walking. Appears to be black clothing and yellow vest. Anyone can get a yellow vest, even mohammedans.

If there was no construction workers at the Cathedral at the time of fire, why can you see a person on one of the two towers a half an hour after the fire started?
