My source on the ground in Paris says that the firefighter has said, it was impossible that the fire managed to spread so fast at the NotreDame because electrical equipment or wires in the wooden space, was prohibited to be used in fear of sparks.???/
I'm not picking up what this source is puttin' down.

No “air space” in or around the wooden structures that fire could use as a conduit to spread, quickly.
I agree, the speed of the fire seems “incendiary”.

I think he’s saying they had fire prevention protocols established and the contractors followed them diligently in the wooden spaces. But, it turns out the wooden spaces didn’t burn. So maybe this was just a woosy little false flag where they didn’t actually destroy the building.
