1. St. Peter asks me to spell both my maiden and married names, they are consistently misspelled.
2. Before one gets to St. Peter, one has to read the FAQ Board About Heaven
3. All my dogs will zip out of Heaven and my hubby's arms to greet me, they will have to go thru the gate with me. I'm pretty sure St. Pete has “pet acceptance is very important” as one of the items on his checklist.
4. Unless I get a “waiver of the recital of sins” which might be granted in Purgatory, I will be standing outside the gate for a long, long time. I know there's a big book with everything I ever did written in it. What are those statues? I remember, before 911, that the Taliban(?) were going throughout the MidEast and destroying them all. At the time I was teaching World History to our homeschool and that made me cry.

It does look odd. On that twitter thread there were some screen shot closeups from the video but those seem to be gone or so far downthread I can’t see them.
Whoever it was, it was very odd.
It is likely that anyone involved with restoration work on the cathedral would be wearing one. It does improve visibility which is always a good thing around worksite with heavy equipment in use.

You are correct in saying EVERY board is irreplaceable the wood was centuries old, there was an arch there that took 3 generations of craftsmen to build one generation teaching the next!!! These craftsmen NO LONGER EXSIST there is NO ONE left on this planet that could do this work!!! ND is a devastating loss there is NO WAY to rebuild this NO WAY!!!
