LORI LOUGHLIN AND HUBBY JUST INDICTED FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF MONEY LAUNDERING

10:35 AM PT -- Well, prosecutors did exactly what we reported early Tuesday morning. Since Lori did not cop a plea, the U.S. Attorney went to a Federal Grand Jury to get an indictment, adding charges of money laundering. This now increases the amount of time Lori and her husband would get as a minimum recommended sentence.

Specifically, the U.S. Attorney says, Lori, her husband and 14 others will now be charged with the additional crime of "conspiring to launder the bribes and other payment in furtherance of the fraud by funneling them through [Rick] Singer's purported charity and his for-profit corporation."

The money laundering charge alone carries a maximum 20 years in prison.

Now if ONLY we could get those dogged prosecutors assigned to the treasonous, seditious cabal that subverted the election and launched the coup d’etat.

It is possible that this hit before some of them claimed it on their taxes.

But yes, you can bet many or most or all of them took advantage of the tax deduction.

I hate to burst her bubble but I never watched the show and now can’t even remember any promos for it. She hasn’t got a clue what a 2019 big city jury pool might look like. It’s not exactly the crowd going to post-Oscars parties.

They will all do jail time. Huffman paid 15k. She will probably do 4 to 6 months. Prosecutors want jail. It’s based on amount spent. Lori paid 500k did photos and charitable deduction I believe.

There is a small part of me that feels sorry for them . That asshat in Chicago incident is walking around with a smug look on his face claiming he is going to sue..while the white people are going to jail.

The rub for Lori is her kid didn’t even really want to go and now she and her husband are looking at significant jail time.

Wow, wish prosecutors would go this hard with illegals that killed Americans, or child molesters, or how about liberal democrat crimes (which are many).

I guess they go to trial.

They likely have no viable defense in light of tape recordings and Singer cooperation with prosecutors, so are hoping for jury nullification ala OJ.

Oh boy. They gonna be sucking some serious doodoo if they tried to make this look like a charitable deduction. Not just money. Time behind bars.

Rumor going around that a certain popular international athlete’s kid ...

There's no use being coy about it because it has been widely reported as Joe Montana.

I wouldn’t call him an international athlete.

So yeah, going to beat around the bush because I don’t want to get sued.

I doubt it. Her money was small change, and if she plays ball, she’ll get 500hrs community service. All she did was trick the test, none of that other bribery stuff. At least so far. I think 500hrs of shoveling crap, picking up needles, used rubbers, and cleaning up camp sites is probably worse than prison. Maybe she could take in a couple dozen homeless people for a while. Oh, boy, what a great idea.

President Trump and the Department Of Justice are not afraid to investigate and prosecute rich, famous white women.
