Please reconsider. From the article: “IMPD Officer Maurice Norris responded to the call of a man having a seizure.”

If that statement is correct, then this cop KNEW ahead of time that the man was probably having a seizure. But the cop decided the man needed to be handcuffed anyway.

Crazy.

this video is unclear and hard to follow.....

I don't know if its reasonable that all cops can read all medical situations clearly...sounds like this guy's seizures are an atypical presentation......

so I can't blame the cops on this difficult situation....
