Johnny Unitas is not in the draft.
“I mean, it’s hard as hell just to win one”
Sounds to me like he realizes how hard it is. He’s got the QB to do it though, and now they have a line to protect him.
The Colts will be a force this season I think. Besides, that division sucks.
He’s joining the Patriots?......................
Yep he’s had too much to drink . Nothing wrong with setting high goals, but, this one seems unrealistic.
Realistic goal would be to say you will make the playoffs each year, and then see how it goes. The playoffs are a crap shoot, but, you will have a shot at the big prize if you make the playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Lions owner set a goal of winning six games.
Kansas City Chiefs, with Mahomes, has a better chance of a three-peat.
Colts would need a lot of Luck.
Now that the league has taken out Robert Kraft, everyone is thinking big....
Yeah, and I want a unicorn pony.
I am huge Colts fan, but Irsay is a crackpot.
Its impossible to keep a winning team together for 3 seasons.
"...he kept his head up when he tripped over the blocking sled"
My Buffalo Bills got there 4 times in a row. Winning one would have been nice. Winning 3 in a row will never happen.
The Dolts are moving to the AAF?
Maybe he should just focus on winning his division first. That is a great goal! When he does that, then he can talk about it.
How hard is it? So hard that no team has ever done it. Maybe the Colts should just win one?
The Cowboys won three outta four,,,,, if my memory serves me. Have the Patriots done that?
Oh, that was with the same team but different coaches too.
He means to win it for financial gain, only it may not be available. As they continue to lose patronage due to their stance on the flag, or lack of, they are in this mix not “selling” the sport to the fans that pay the bill.
Their TV revenues are up, but their attendance at the stadiums are down. And that doesn’t sell seats, boxes, pennants or popcorn. So the only way to combat the loss, is to make it up in individual ticket costs. And they will be playing for the TV at that point with less and less people in the stands.
And to be real honest, I don’t think an apology from millionaires is going to come very fast and I won’t accept it as one who they are stepping on by doing what they did.
I hope they fold like a lawn chair just like the AAF has terminated it’s players in early April and suspended play until they can find new investors. But it all has to do with how much integrity and love of this country the “fans” have. If they are true to this country and the anti-patriotic actions of the league players, lack of support is their only course to right the wrong that has been done. So we’ll see how much they have.

Three in a row is tough if you are just dreaming about Division Titles, forget about Super Bowls and have another 18 year old bottle of scotch.
I can’t stand Irsay. He thought Andrew Luck would be his golden boy...
so he didn’t care how he treated Peyton at the end of his Colts career.
Irsay acted like a loud mouth @ss, and I will always hold it against him.
And, I still say Luck is VASTLY OVERRATED.
