Before I begin, please allow me at this time to apologize to any potential future advocates, for past disparaging remarks I may have made regarding the legal profession.
To begin with I was kicked out of the Twitter community today and I feel I have been injured, hurt, and stigmatized. This is the direct result of Twitter's overbearing fascist control of a platform that was built upon "Free Speech".
From a psychological perspective any behavior is potentially addictive and online services; ie IRChats, BBS,games etc, have historically proven to be as addictive as any other substance or activity. I FEEL I was inadequately warned regarding the dangers of participation.
I feel that Twitter should have a large banner warning at the opening of the app and mixed through out the program, warning of the harm and danger associated with social media platforms like Twitter. I would also seek funding to do a study into the potential liability of such platforms regarding suicides.
I mean like who knows, with 7,800 deaths every day in America for all reasons, can you be certain some of them were not due to social media rejections of all kinds.....?
Well there you have it my friends, Twitter gets us hooked than cast us aside when we piss off their friends....and it hurts, a 7 digit hurt. a loss in potential revenue so bad it really hurts.

Yes he did. I was introduced to his early work for teens, and it was good for kids. But yes, as he got older his excursions into the dark side consumed more of his soul than he bargained for...
Recently the predictions made by Heinlein and Asimov were compared. Heinlein was far more accurate, Asimov was less than 30% correct by some accounts. Asimov is one of my favorite writers, on a list that is long.
Yes I actually believe they did. For I was attacking her quite hard, if I could get the link to pick up the pic from my drive I would show the tweet. I can see that the link command is working but controlling pic size appears to be prob. I see peeps link to web stuff, but how r peeps pulling pics from their drives?

In defense of the 72 yr/o woman who was burned by that cup of coffee... go look at the photos of her burns. They are horrible. She had third degree burns where the coffee had spilt. THIRD DEGREE.. there are photos. When her bill reached 10,000 the family reached out to MickeyD’s. They were offered $800 by McD’s. Before Mrs Liebeck was burned so badly, McD’s had hundreds of other complaints of their coffee burning them. Mrs Liebeck was a passenger, not the driver. Please get your facts straight before disparaging an elderly lady who was severely injured.
She was injured due to her own stupidity. For that I have no sympathy.
I agree. Oh course ‘Childhoods End’ is a great book, however ‘Songs of Distant Earth’ pops in mind regularly.

I am trying to get it, I can post pics but getting height/width down is problematic. Any way to AOC I posted; that ‘Imposter Syndrome’ was not her major malfunction and that she would probably profile as a narcissistic sociopath and provided a text description that nailed her for the deluded being she is. It was well received on twitter likes and views grew quickly

I got it. But I really did break the phone, at least it died on me and I was playing with the sim chip and dropped the damn thing down the heater vent. I did not use phone much but I am planning on getting another one. It is just we have such lousy service at the hole I am in, Verizon good out here, but I have preferred AT&T and it not so good.

You would seem to be aligned with an opponent that falls into the second category. You have to walk and don't look back.
As a serious issue, yes. I am glad that someone is examining the situation and I like Mr Nunes, or at least he does not raise my b/p, like most of the others.
I also stated in my “pun”. Social media, for some, is very addictive, particularly the online gaming world which is one of the origins for things like “Sh**-Posting”, call signs, handles, usernames and helped in increasing the usage of acronyms. I have a long history in computers back to IBM 7090 for a bit. Punch cards for me was very short lived.
Anyway, I have seen people lose everything including family over online games like ‘Everquest’, I saw that game take a guy down in one year, it was like alcohol/drugs.

I simply informed AOC, should she be profiled she would probably be described as a ‘sociopathic narcissist’ which was well received on twitter, but apparently not in the HOUSE.
She seemed to be operating under the illusion she was suffering from ‘imposter syndrome’. I merely said that was not her major malfunction and she should do research into the Dunning-Kruger effect.
I mean, was I wrong?
