The Civil Rights Act of 1968 permits federal prosecution of anyone who "willingly injures, intimidates or interferes with another person, or attempts to do so, by force because of the other person's race, color, religion or national origin".

Is there any reason not to prosecute Smollet for violation of the Civil Rights Act? He certainly attempted to injure and intimidate Trump supporters with his hoax.

The mayor’s race is the city pits two black women against each other. I have yet to hear of any news media asking these women of their opinion of the failure of the states attorney to prosecute. They may have been asked that question by someone, but if so, I have yet to hear their response. And there’s not much time left before the election runoff takes place.

Straight-up question. Why would anybody care enough about this c-actor to stir up the situation and spend nearly have a million bucks? Even if a person follows the money, where does it go and why?

Why would Obamas be involved? What the heck is in it for them? Ms. Foxx is compromised already. Smollett is done for (right?). Rahm is out there condemning.

I’m not following.
