The US Postal Inspectors, not the FBI, would have primary investigation jurisdiction in this matter.

Good. Let the crooks and racists in Shicago ape out as usual.
But I do hope federal charges will be filed.

If Mueller wants, I hope he investigates THIS actual COLLUSION
To: Signalman
Investigation over. He used the US mail to send white powder and said it was from Trump supporters. His damned DNA is all over it. What is there to investigate?
To: Signalman
The USPS is not the least bit amused. Im reasonably confident theyll file charges.

Yup!
And trust me, they do not take white powder being sent through the mail as a minor offense!

Well, we know the FBI has been politically weaponized. Expect disappointment there. High level Dems will pull strings with high level FBI and the case will fade.

So I’m puzzled by jurisdiction in this matter. How does the Illinois State Attorney have jurisdiction over a crime committed in the City of Chicago? I get the USPS crime jurisdiction but not the State taking over a local crime.

FBI Civil rights investigation? The big one is if they are investigating links between this hoax crime, and Harris or other Obamamunists.
