I wouldn’t. Spitting on someone is incredibly offensive and if she had immediately delivered a sharp kick to his manhood, I’d have let it go. But after the passage of some time she followed him in her car and then shot him. That’s not self defense or a heat of the moment reaction to outrageously boorish behavior. That is murder with malice aforethought.
