Time to prosecute the prosecutors.
Legal question: If a prosecutor drops all charges, is that the same in terms of “double jeopardy” as being acquitted? Or could charges be re-filed at a later time?
Usually if the trial hasn’t been conducted charges can be refilled.
However, the prosecution is sometimes limited by agreements that have been put in place... plea deals, etc.
In this case it doesn’t appear that is the case so charges could be refilled later. Of course we aren’t privy to everything either.
8ch is reporting that the GoFundMe for one of the Parkland shooting suicides was set up by “Blair Israel”.
And guess who her father is? Yep, Sheriff Israel.
Also they raised $77k when the goal was $20k. Interesting.
A list of donors might also be interesting.
My theory is that things like GoFundMe are the new money laundering technique being used to make payoffs to someone who’s done a dirty job for the derps.
