Fox announced its board members, including former U.S. House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.). Other board members include Rupert Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch, Anne Dias, Chase Carey, Roland A. Hernandez and Jacques Nasser.
The new Fox is now a standalone, publicly traded company, the company said. Its shares are listed on the Nasdaq market; Tuesday marks the first day of trading.
The 88-year-old mogul from Australia and his family decided in late 2017 to break up their entertainment empire, and Disney was Murdochs preferred suitor. The Disney portion of the deal is expected to be complete late Tuesday night when the Burbank entertainment giant swallows the bulk of the Fox assets.

I stopped watching in Oct. 2016 when Bret Baier breathlessly reported that Hill was 12 points ahead! Went to Fox Business and after a while turned them off too!
“OANN needs to get much more exposure and pick up the refugees from Fox.”
Yes!
They need to be aggressive and strike while the iron is hot. Now is their chance to advance by leaps and bounds.
Whatever it takes, I don’t know. But they should do it while the troops are so disgruntled with fox.
Are using FOX or FOXA?

Disney’s Fox acquisition: Everything you need to know

FOX has been garbage for years. Their Prime Time lineup is ok but the rest of their lineup is pure garbage. I haven’t watched them since their stunt on election night.
Whats happening here is the transition from a 24 hour new network to a cable station. In the article: Rupert Murdochs 21st Century Fox has spun off various television assets including the Fox News Channel and Fox broadcast network to form a new company that will be known simply as Fox Corp. The reconfigured Fox Corp. will emphasize live programming, with NFL prime-time games on Thursday nights and WWE’s “Smackdown” on Fridays. With a growing number of viewers watching scripted dramas and comedies on a delayed basis, Fox is seeking to have more commercials that reach consumers with greater immediacy.
And he will make more money and gain more viewers until the reruns of Love Boat saturate the viewers. All Disney did was try to stifle the last remaining conservative national television station that can compete with them. They only shot them in the arm, not in the chest.
Time will tell. Oprah has been successful with this process. Well see.

Or Meghan mccain?
Hannity can do his radio show from anywhere. Heck he did it from Viet Nam.
I’d be interested in subscribing to OANN, but the registration dialog at that link is just downright unserviceable and it goes to some third party site that links CNN, MSNBC, et al.
I expect Me-gyn will be back at Fox for the 2020 debates. Fox will pay off NBC to make it happen. And the libs at NBC will want a Kelly-Trump rematch to happen for the drama.
I do not miss it either.
There are plenty of other sources who do not attempt to balance right with wrong.
I do no longer watch television news at all, and I never will again.
No trust, cannot be fixed.
"Fake, GOPestablishment Swamp News, 24/7; WE create, WE decide what you believe."
No thanks, they can keep it.
