Well, it’s not an easy one to summarize without losing a lot of the different facts of the analysis ... but ... if you want something, then Post #32 did try to wrap it up.

Well, there’s a problem with that. For example ... let’s take that as the designation now. Okay ... now that you have designated that his new name, the question is, has everyone else? Do we have, now, one name to designate to this person for that event, or does everyone invent a new name. And if everyone decides to invent a new name, do we have ten thousand new names spread across the USA, on various boards in various discussions? Does someone going from one board to another one have to have a scorecard to decipher all the various names that have been invented, and look them up so that they know who they are talking about?
If someone comes on these various threads a year or two or more later and is looking up information on it, do they know who this is that they are talking about on these threads? Do they have the various names (those thousands of names) so that they can decipher from one perpetrator to the next one? Does this person coming across this even understand who this is, at all ... and what event it was. Does it seem to them to be just a ‘work of fiction’ and not real at all?
Let’s say someone is doing some research on this ... and so they take this name - “NZCrapSmudge2019-1” and do a search across the Internet. Are they going to find the necessary information from this new name or the thousands of other new names that other people have invented?
No ... all this does is hide what really happened, doesn’t allow anyone to do any research on it, because the names are something someone made up off the top of their head and doesn’t bear anything related to reality.
There is really only one way to designate the person involved in this ... and that’s the name that is going to be used in court, in legal documents, in all the news media and in all the discussions (except for the people who decide to make up new names off the top of their head).
The only way to designate this person is ... Brenton Tarrant.

Other than that, I can’t relate to the terror part ... I guess.
