Stop and frisk numbers fall dramatically under de Blasio

The number of civilians who have been stopped, questioned, and frisked by the NYPD has dropped dramatically during the de Blasio Administration, going from a high of nearly 700,000 in 2011 when Mayor Bloomberg was in charge, to a low of 12,000 in 2017, a new report shows.

KEYWORDS:
Just like DumblASSio's decision to allow cell phones in schools has absolutely destroyed any semblance of learning in classrooms, as students make calls, text, photograph their tests and text the answers to friends, secretly tape or video teachers to get them into trouble, turn up the volume and play music to disrupt classes and watch movies instead of listening to the lesson, his decision to virtually halt stop-and-frisk of blacks and Hispanics--coached by Al Sharpton and other black/Hispanic caucus groups--has certainly resulted in the stark reduction of arrests quoted in the article---duh, how could it not? And, it has resulted in a startling rise in violent crimes. Who could possibly have predicted that? Blacks and Hispanics commit the vast majority of the violent crimes in NYC:

These figures were taken from a 2017 official NYC report

https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/nypd/downloads/pdf/analysis_and_planning/year-end-2017-enforcement-report.pdf

The Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter arrest population is similarly distributed. Black arrestees (54.8%) and Hispanic arrestees (32.2%) account for the majority of Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter arrestees while White arrestees (6.9%) and Asian/Pacific Islander (5.4%) arrestees account for the remaining portions of the Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter arrest population.

Rape arrestees are most frequently Black (47.9%) and Hispanic (38.2%). White arrestees (8.3%) and Asian/Pacific Islander arrestees (5.6%) account for the remaining portions of the Rape arrestee population.

The Robbery arrestees are most frequently Black (60.6%) or Hispanic (31.1%). White arrestees (5.1%) and Asian/Pacific Islander (3.1%) arrestees account for the remaining portions of the Robbery arrest population.

Felonious Assault arrestees are most frequently Black (52.6%) or Hispanic (33.3%). White arrestees (8.4%) and Asian/Pacific Islanders (5.6%) account for the remaining significant portions of the Felonious Assault arrestee population.

Grand Larceny arrestees are most frequently Black (50.4%) or Hispanic (27.9%). White arrestees (14.9%) and Asian/Pacific Islanders (6.6%) account for the remaining significant portions of the Grand Larceny arrest population.

Misdemeanor Sex Crime suspects are most frequently Black (43.8%) and Hispanic (35.1%). White suspects account for (12.5%) of all Misdemeanor Sex Crime suspects while Asian/Pacific Islanders accounted for (7.8%) of the known Misdemeanor Sex Crime suspects.

Seen enough? In every category of crime, blacks and Hispanics, by far, make up the largest percentage of arrestees. But the Al Sharptons claim this is only because they're black (or Hispanic). And DumblASSio wants to mask this by stopping stop and frisk.

Democrats have always argued that enforcement causes crime. Take away the police, they say, and crime will vanish,

I've seen it written that Rudy's “stop and frisk” policy played an important role in the huge decline in crime during his tenure. I've also read that Doomberg basically continued that policy.

Just goes to show what complete imbeciles libtards are. In their world of utter stupidity, they take away the police and then crow "See? Crime is lower!" Crime is still going on, you idiots--it's just not being reported now.
