A New York City bar has issued a statement distancing itself from a bartender who was filmed refusing to serve a man wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) visor.

A statement posted to the Facebook page for Jakes Dilemma, located on Manhattans Upper West Side, responded to outcry over footage posted by Dion Cini.
Cini claimed on March 7 that he was kicked out of the bar for wearing a red MAGA visor. His video shows a male bartender confirming that he wont serve an irate Cini.
You hate America? Cini asks him, just before a third man, who appears to be a bouncer, tries to cut off the conversation and tells the Trump supporter to take it outside.
Though he initially appears calm during the interaction, the bartender eventually grows tired of Cinis soy boy taunts. Soy boy is an insult used to accuse a man of not being masculine enough.
Why dont you get the f*** out? the bartender fires back in the video.
The bouncer then tells Cini to leave, but he refuses. Cini demands that the police be called and continues to express his outrage over the objection to his hat.
How many times did I wear this hat in this bar before? he asks. Probably 25, 30 times before. And this f***ing guy
now hes going to set the rules for you guys? Thats a shame.

Jake’s Dilemma
430 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10024
[between 81st and 82nd St]
NY City is ground zero for two big evils in America - urban, leftist entitlement and the social justice pathology - and crony-capitalist trading fiat, printed US $ money and debt
On the surface, these two things seem dissimilar, but actually, they support one another.
Correction: between 80th and 81st Street, Amsterdam Ave
We do not push the envelope like that but I’m glad at least one of us out there does.
Even if the customer in question was wearing an 'I'm with her' logo, I still don't care. The customer has the money and I want the business.
An employees' personal political view should never interfere with my profits.
Well said. Either NYC collapses or it will ruin the country. The Democrats are already trying to suck wealth out of the country to support their economically untenable “progressive” enclaves.
The upper west side, especially, where this place is located, is home to thousands of rich to super-rich liberal phonies.
Bar faces backlash after bartender is filmed refusing to serve man in 'MAGA' visor
This is your news on Yahoo.
His video shows a male bartender confirming that he wont serve an irate Cini.
Any questions?
Then there’s the flash mob tactic. Everyone go there wearing an MAGA hat. The bouncer had a tough job that the bartender put him up to.
Agreed.
Speaking of bartenders...

In other parts of the video, which surfaced late Monday, she talked about her life in Washington, DC, as a new member of Congress, calling it super weird.
Here in DC its like, so weird. Its like everybody is like, a spy. Like, its so bizarre, she said.
Its like you could go out to get a coffee and the person thats, like, sitting at a table in the corner of the restaurant is like, you know, like, she said, as she made typing motions.
Then they go and, like, they text all of their friends that they saw so-and-so at this cafe and its like, triangulation, she continued. And its super weird.

Speaking of NYC, they have a fantastic bar scene. One of my favorite things to do after work, especially on a hot summer day, is to pop into one of them at random. Almost always have a good experience and the people are friendly.
Years ago right after teh Americans with Disabilities Act:
A law firm hired handicapped people to go around in a van to Napa Valley wineries. These commonly have gravel driveways, parking lots and going around in the vineyards in a wheelchair is difficult.
They’d arrive stay 30 minutes or so, and the whole objective was to HAVE to leave w/o gaining access to all of the facilities & features.
They’d leave, then go to the next, rinse, repeat. They could fit in 8 or so places per day, day after day.
They’d file the suits, HUNDREDS, then sit back and expect settlements of maybe 15k in each case, to make the “terrible injustice suits” go away.
They made a mint.
WHY DON’T WE DO THE SAME...?
Big earning venues:
San Franci$co, $ilicon Valley, Bo$ton, Los Angele$, Napa, Hampton$, etc.
You could pack them in, going from place to place, getting thrown out.
That pretty much sums up the majority of cities with few exceptions.
The customer has the money and I want it..........................bottom line.................
I avoid NYC, when you have that much diversity you have too many leftist morons for me to want to tolerate.
