How DARE Trump go after his political opponent using the “justice” system. The RATS would NEVER think of doing a thing like that...

Lock her up was wrong at campaign rallies, and its even worse coming from the Department of Justice. Even after this long, its still deeply shocking to see the black-and-white proof that Jeff Sessions caved to President Trumps worst authoritarian impulses and ordered a wide-ranging investigation of his political opponents based on demands from Congress instead of the facts and the law.
Hillary should be in prison. The writer of this piece is a delusional fool.

Heck that makes it even worse if sessions ordered her investigated and it wasn’t done.
How does this article help the dimwits’ case?

Fake News!
It was Congress who requested DoJ to Investigate - in writing.
That is their legitimate oversight role.
These liars falsely blame it on the President, to create an illusion of scandal, to distract from their own obvious corruption.
The best defense is a good offense, so they attack Trump.

Magoo suggested a REVIEW a year and a half ago? And report back to Rosenstein? He’s already reported back, IMO, and we have heard his answer loud and clear.

Timing is suspicious. The FOIA eequest came the day the letter was sent. As if a resistance radical tipped them off.
Yet Hitlery Rotten Clinton and the other Corrupt AF Commirats resisted every damn FOIA request!!!!
And the fing media never front paged Rat opposition to FOIA requests or destruction of communications and devices.
This is no scandal, MSM can urinate up some hemp.

The letters existence, which was written in November 2017, was denied a year later in response to American Oversights litigation. The Justice Department maintained that Sessions didnt direct Huber in writing and that any order was passed verbally.Oh, LOOK..
https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/5764384-DOJ-11-18-MSJ-Declaration.html#document/p8/a485896
Do take the time to find and read pages 7 & 8 and, most especially...pages 102 and 103. (PAGES tab, upper left)
And
notwithstanding the use of a plural in DOJs responses, Ms.
Brinkmanns declaration establishes
that the only senior prosecutor former Attorney General
Sessions directed to carry out the
evaluation of issues raised by Chairman Goodlattes letter,
in the sense indicated by the
November 13 letter, is Mr. Huber. Brinkmann Decl. ¶ 14.
Plaintiffs dissatisfaction with the results of the search
it requested is not a reason to
conduct additional searches outside the scope of its
request. Plaintiff can always request a search
of such records separately if it desires. Accordingly, this
argument provides no sound reason to
call the adequacy of DOJs search into question.
CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, DOJ respectfully requests that
the Court grant its motion and
enter summary judgment in its favor.
And then the 2 page "smoking gun" that really isn't?

The DOJ Deep State staffers simply told the MEEK Sessions Sure, Boss, well get right on it and, once he was out of sight, laughed at the gullible fool.

IMHO, Jeff Sessions letter shows that the DOJ is not under the control of the President.
They have done nothing about the Obama/Clinton crimes.

Huber didn't do squat. How do I know that? Because the IT guy that destroyed evidence under subpoena and lied about it to the FBI is still walking around a free man. When low hanging fruit like get's a pass you know the fix is in.
There is a reason the first thing Trump did after the mid-terms is fire Sessions. Session was/is a coward.
